Ground Floor Opportunity for an experienced Multi Unit Operator
We are an existing QSR / Fast Casual Franchisee in the Lubbock / West Texas Region and will be bringing one of the best Fast Casual Restaurant Concepts to the region in the coming months. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Operator / Multi Unit Manager who can be our Designated Operator in the that Market and grow as we expand into other markets.
You would be responsible for opening the first location out of the box and then supervising the multi unit development process in quick succession as we expand and build our restaurant commitment with the QSR / Fast Casual Franchisor.
You must have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations in a multi unit capacity and experience with new store openings. You must have a very stable work history and sold references. This is a tremendous opportunity to get in with one of the very best fast casual brands in the country.
Salary is negotiable but will grow as your responsibilities and portfolio grow.
