Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Greene County, Ohio, to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of theAssistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) :

• 2+ years as an Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

• Valid Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in Ohio

• Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

• General understanding of budgeting and financial reporting

Responsibilities of the
Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) :

• As the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) you will lead and mentor all nursing personnel

• Enforce policies for high quality standards of patient care

• Direct budgets and monitor expenditures
