If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Wheaton wants to hear from you Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered Maryland Registered Nurse License Previous long-term care experience as a Director of Nursing is preferred , but not required Prior experience managing staff required Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs , and procedures.
