Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing oversees multiple departments, ensuring delivery of safe, timely, effective, efficient, and equitable patient- and family-centered care aligned with organizational goals and values.

•  Responsibilities include leading staff development, managing operations using performance and financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

•  Provides strategic planning, fosters collaboration among staff, physicians, and community, and promotes a culture of nursing excellence.

•  Creates and monitors annual budgets, evaluates performance, and implements quality improvement initiatives.

•  Requires BSN and MSN, PA RN license, with 5-10 years healthcare experience and 3+ years in leadership.

•  Strong supervisory, administrative, and transformational leadership skills are essential.

•  This full-time position involves day shifts, with relocation to Sayre, PA, required prior to start.
