A well-established and mission-driven hospice organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to lead a dedicated clinical team. This leadership role is pivotal to maintaining high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care
Manage, coach, and support clinical staff including RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, and Chaplains
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Participate in and lead IDG meetings
Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to support census growth and program development
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 2 years hospice experience required
Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMRs such as HCHB, WellSky, or Hospice Tools is a plus
Willingness to travel locally as needed

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
