Edenbrook Saint Cloud seeks a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As the DON, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership, clinical expertise, and strong management skills will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence in healthcare services.

Position: Director of Nursing (DON)

Qualifications:

License: Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
Experience: Proven experience in a skilled nursing home environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing (DON).
Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state survey processes.
Industry Background: Work history in the long-term care industry.
Certification: Wound Care Certification (preferred, but not required).

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle tasks and responsibilities, pushing initiatives forward strategically.
Adaptability: Demonstrate determination, resilience, and grit to achieve high-quality measures.
Hands-On Approach: Desire to understand floor operations, being hands-on and present during times of need.
Building Rounds: Consistently engage with staff and residents to foster relationships, address concerns, and ensure high standards of care.
