Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Owosso, MI.
•  Oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies to promote quality resident care.
•  Supervise staff, support professional development, and coordinate comprehensive care with interdisciplinary teams.
•  Maintain accurate medical documentation and advocate for resident rights in a safe environment.
•  Must have a valid nursing license, leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting, and strong communication skills.
This full-time role offers $100,000-$116,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with on-call duties, located in Owosso, MI.
