Osage Beach Center for Behavioral Health is an 18-bed Acute Inpatient Psychiatric hospital for adults that treat anxiety, suicidal and homicidal ideations, mood disturbances, psychosis and other mental illnesses. The Director of Nursing is responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring quality patient care, actively participates in hospital committees, assesses, develops and implements policies for nursing services ensuring that hospital and regulatory standards are met.
Mission Statement: The Center for Behavioral Health will operate a "state of the industry" treatment facility that provides specialized treatment services designed to continually improve in quality and cost effectiveness. Patient care services will be provided by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals utilizing current, research-based, Best Practice protocols designed to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit for each patient entrusted to its care.
Qualifications:- Minimum Education: Bachelor degree, actively pursuing or willing to pursue Masters Degree
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in an acute care facility, including a minimum of 2 years in a psychiatric facility; management experience is required.
- Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Missouri RN license required. CPR required within 30 days of employmentOsage Beach Center for Behavioral Health
