Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We're looking for a Director of Nursing who embodies leadership, compassion, and expertise. Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• 3-5 years of experience as a DON or Assistant DON in long-term care (LTC).
• Active RN licensure in Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of Wisconsin Survey Rules, Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal LTC regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
