What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and resident care delivery
Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff across all shifts
Maintain compliance with Medicare, CMS, and state regulations
Drive quality assurance, infection control, and care planning initiatives
Monitor staffing, budgets, and documentation for accuracy and efficiency
Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment
What You'll Bring:
Active RN license in Massachusetts
Associate degree required; BSN preferred
Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting (required)
In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare compliance
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Proficiency with EMRs and Microsoft Office tools
