Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year

Job Details

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage all nursing care within the organization.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring and training.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance in complex patient care situations and stay updated on nursing practices.

Skills you need:

• Experience as a Director of Nursing - DON within LTC / SNF is required
• RN license in NY
