Currently seeking candidates for Director of Nursing role in Jackson, TN.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of TN or Compact Licensure State.
2. Master's degree in Healthcare Management or Nursing (Master s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing, Mental Health Nursing preferred); or currently in process of obtaining Master s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Minimum of five (5) years prior experience inpatient care services.
4. At least 2-3 years of direct management experience.
5. Minimum of five (5) years experience in the acute/inpatient behavioral healthcare setting.
6. Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. Throughout employment, current BLS certification must be maintained by renewal during renewal period or at next available scheduled class.
7. Current CPI certification upon hire or CPI certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. Throughout employment, current CPI certification must be maintained by renewal during renewal period or at next available scheduled class.
