Core Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients
- Partner with our compliance team to review and implement policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR to manage performance and development of nursing staff.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to nursing team members.
- Manage nursing schedule to ensure appropriate staffing patterns.
- Ensure seamless and accurate documentation in patient medical records.
- Oversee and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as licensure/certification requirements.
- Assess potential patient admissions to ensure appropriateness for residential care.
- Actively participate in patient de-escalation efforts as needed.
Pay Range:
$95,000 - $115,000 Annually
Commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Qualifications of the Director of Nursing :
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a dedicated team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Must be able to clear a Level 2 government background check.
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental health conditions required.
- Valid and active RN Nursing License is required.
- Computer literacy required.
- A minimum of 2-year leadership experience in Mental Health setting required.
- KIPU EMR knowledge strongly preferred.
