Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and direct the Nursing Department and its programs. Coordinate Nursing Program with other services for comprehensive care. Implement performance improvement plans and manage surveys by accrediting agencies. Determine staffing needs and ensure adequate TEAMember ratios. Maintain comprehensive assessments and ensure care aligns with client wishes. Stay updated on nursing practices and regulations. Communicate expectations and manage employee performance. Qualifications:
Must communicate effectively in English and medical terminology. Physical ability to perform job duties and lift/push/pull 50 pounds. Two years of LTC experience required; management experience preferred. RN license in good standing required; BSN preferred. CPR certification and compliance with vaccination requirements necessary.
