About the Role



Our client, a well-known family-owned manufacturer based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a highly organized and hands-on marketing professional to execute a wide range of marketing activities, content creation, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, well-rounded marketer who thrives in a collaborative setting, is comfortable managing their own schedule and priorities, and is confident juggling a wide variety of projects that contribute directly to brand growth and business development.



Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day marketing execution across digital, print, social, and event channels.
  • Take ownership of content development: social media posts, print ads, digital assets, and video projects.
  • Work with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp) to manage lead scoring, nurturing, and automation.
  • Track marketing performance and provide weekly internal reporting on key projects and deliverables.
  • Coordinate conference, event, and trade show participation-including planning, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Partner with internal sales team to provide collateral, data, and marketing insights that aid lead generation.
  • Support the company's most up-to-date product line and campaigns, by way of participating in, and at times leading the training segments and promoting educational initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain a digital archive of brand assets, photography, and campaign history.
  • Operate with strong project ownership while remaining responsive to changing business needs.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in product-based or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated content creation skills (social, video, digital, print).
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.
  • Willingness to support a variety of tasks, from high-level content strategy to day-to-day execution.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to dress professionally and represent the brand at customer-facing events.
  • Must pass a drug screening and adhere to professional conduct standards.
