Director of Marketing

Overview: Seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Marketing to lead eCommerce marketing across website, Amazon, and other online channels, driving revenue, loyalty, and brand awareness through compelling brand storytelling and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel marketing strategies and manage seasonal/monthly calendars aligned with product launches and brand goals. Collaborate with Creative, Product, eComm, Amazon, and Analytics teams for seamless execution.
  • Brand Leadership: Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital touchpoints. Innovate storytelling to emphasize foot health and product benefits.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Oversee email strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle flows to boost retention and LTV with engaging content.
  • Channel Oversight: Ensure brand consistency across website, Amazon, email, social, paid media, and affiliate channels. Align with Growth Marketing and Amazon teams on messaging and acquisition.
  • Leadership: Mentor a growing marketing/creative team and collaborate with senior leadership to report performance and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on eCommerce and brand building, ideally in footwear, wellness, or consumer health.
  • Demonstrated success building integrated marketing plans that drive traffic, conversion, and retention across digital channels.
  • Strong brand instincts with the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading email marketing strategy and CRM/lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and external agencies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and growing a brand with purpose.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
