Fully remote role to lead and execute comprehensive hands on marketing strategies for our SaaS B2B strategy execution platform. Drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives. This is a player and coach role as we are a growing start up.
Our Ideal experience level you would have worked with an OKR or similar Goal & Performance Management product company. The desired experience is you have fluency in OKRs and have marketed to clients in the Strategy Execution or HR Tech industry. The minimum experience requirement is that you have familiarity with OKRs, Strategy Execution and CPM platforms and have marketed in B2B SaaS for complex systems that require executive buy-in, change management and high user bases.
Focus areas and details of what you would be working on are the following:
Strategic Planning- Develop and implement an integrated SAAS B2B marketing strategy aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget.
Digital Marketing- Oversee digital SAAS marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI with strong data analytics skills
- Manage the company website and digital assets.
- Content creation with preference for high level Canva and AI proficiency
- Web design and ongoing maintenance skills a plus
Brand Management- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute public relations and communications activities.
Team Leadership- Manage the small current marketing team.
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Lead Generation- Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics.
Content Marketing- Develop and manage a content marketing strategy.
- Oversee the creation of blog posts, white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and audience engagement.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Min of 4+ years of SAAS B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a SaaS company. HR Tech and specific industry experience is prioritized.
Skills: Strong strategic marketing planning, digital marketing, and brand management skills.
Experience: SAAS HRTech B2B is a priority with a proven ability to lead and execute marketing strategy
Software: Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), and analytics platforms.
Metrics You will be responsible for the following metrics:
Lead Generation
- Number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
- Website Traffic
- Unique visitors, page views, and bounce rate.
Conversion Rates
- Conversion rates for landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
- ROI of Campaigns
- Return on investment for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Awareness
- Social media engagement, website traffic, and mentions.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
