We are looking for a strategic, self-directed marketer with a deep understanding of the wealth management industry and a strong command of positioning, messaging, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, aligning marketing efforts with firm-wide growth goals, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital campaigns targeting independent financial advisors for recruitment.
- Define and manage Infinity's brand identity across web, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Build and manage a content calendar that supports advisor outreach and firm messaging.
- Leverage AI tools (eg. ChatGPT) to scale content production for social media, blogs, and advisor-facing collateral.
- Implement and oversee campaign tracking systems to evaluate performance and optimize strategy.
- Provide light oversight of website updates and ensure messaging aligns across touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership to integrate marketing strategy with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of the independent advisor landscape (RIA, hybrid, or BD platforms).
- Demonstrated success in digital growth marketing and advisor acquisition campaigns.
- Experience using AI content tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent writing and positioning skills: ability to craft clea, compliant, and persuasive messaging.
- Comfort working independently and owning the full marketing lifecycle from strategy through execution.
- Familiarity with FINRA/SEC communications is a plus
Engagement Terms:
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Full-time to start during campaign development and launch phase (30-40 hours/week)
- Role will be re-evaluated based on performance and KPIs, with opportunity for permanent hire.
