Director of Marketing - Elite Marketing Concepts
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Only
Compensation: $120,000 Base + Quarterly Bonuses ($12,000-$16,000 annually)
- Incentive Compensation Bonuses after 6 months
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (and beyond, as needed to achieve outcomes)

Elite Marketing Concepts-an affiliate of Elite Consulting Partners-is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead and grow our agency's client-facing marketing capabilities. We specialize in building brands, digital presence, and strategic marketing funnels for financial advisors and firms seeking visibility, credibility, and business growth.

About the Role
As Director of Marketing, you will own the execution and evolution of Elite Marketing Concepts' marketing strategies-both for our clients (financial advisors and firms) and for internal agency growth. You'll spearhead brand development, manage marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, and architect revenue-generating sales funnels. This position demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative direction, operational discipline, and direct campaign execution.
You must live within 45 minutes of our office and thrive in an office-based, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy Leadership
- Drive brand development and positioning for clients and the agency.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
Digital & Social Campaign Management
- Develop and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Optimize campaigns for advisor recruiting, client acquisition, and brand lift.
Sales Funnel Development
- Build, implement, and refine full-funnel strategies to convert prospects to leads to clients.
- Integrate lead nurturing tactics and automation where appropriate.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and expand a growing marketing team of specialists and creatives.
- Collaborate closely with business development, recruitment, and executive teams.
Content Creation
- Produce or direct development of high-converting content: web, email, video, print, and social media.
- Translate complex financial services topics into compelling, audience-friendly narratives.
Data & Analytics
- Monitor marketing performance across platforms and campaigns.
- Use KPIs and analytics to make data-informed decisions and report results to leadership.
Budget Management
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Client Engagement
- Serve as a marketing strategist for our advisor clients.
- Help clients develop go-to-market plans, brand narratives, and client acquisition systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- 7-10+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency leadership role.
- Experience working with or in the financial services space-especially broker-dealers, RIAs, or wealth management firms.
- Expert in social media marketing, especially paid advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing client acquisition funnels.
Leadership & Execution
- A "doer" and leader who can roll up sleeves and execute-no task too big or small.
- Proven track record of mentoring a team while maintaining hands-on involvement.
- Strategic mindset with the operational ability to execute.
Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and CRM systems.
- Strong command of content creation tools and marketing automation systems.
Communication
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify financial concepts and write in a tone that connects with advisors and high-net-worth audiences.
