We are hiring a B2B Director of Marketing to take charge of our ever-expanding marketing machine to grow the client base and partnerships. You'll report directly to the COO to organize, elevate, and lead our marketing and business development strategy.


We are looking for someone that can truly operate as the strategic leader and the tactical coordinator. We need a strong mix of strategic product market strategy, partnership ecosystem development, thought leadership, and social outreach.


Core Growth Marketing Responsibilities:


Strategic Product Market Strategy

Brand Strategy - Develop messaging, tone, and voice of the brand.

Marketing Strategy - Fully understand the market, size and types of legal work available. Determine a targets for expansion of existing capabilities as well as identifying and scoping areas for expansion.


Partnership Ecosystem Development

Referral Partners - Build and Strengthen referral relationships within the related attorney and corporate community.

Community Development - Coordinate and host quarterly referral lunches, speaking engagements, and networking events with top-tier professionals.


Thought Leadership & Social Proof

Thought Leadership - Develop valuable themes and content to identify, engage and build trust with prospective and existing referral partners.

Client Reputation & Testimonials - Lead a structured process to gather client testimonials post-resolution with video, written case studies, social features and Google Reviews.


Social Media

Social Media Outreach - Ensure consistent and engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, showcasing firm wins, culture, testimonials, and thought leadership.


Website and CRM

Manage HubSpot CRM - Identify profitable campaigns to optimize company close rates.

Optimize SEO - Analyze marketing data, site traffic, and referral conversion trends to guide marketing efforts to increase visibility and community presence.


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for high growth SaaS or professional services experience.

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Proven ability to measure and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Proficiency in content syndication, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.


Work Environment & Expectations

  • This role is in person, in the office, at least 45 hours per week. Our team is dedicated to connection, strategic planning, and impactful collaboration.
