Director of Marketing, Patient Acquisition
-We are a nationwide healthcare (dental) organization seeking an experienced Marketing Director.
-10-15 years of digital marketing experience required (including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display), with an agency and/or multi-brand organization.
-Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, required, MBA preferred
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing our lead generation, including measurement of lead quality and managing agency relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of media analytics, digital media trends, and traditional media channels, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results. You will oversee all aspects of our media planning, buying, and optimization, ensuring campaigns deliver high lead quality and meet company acquisition targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of all media campaigns (paid, social, search, display, and traditional), including budgeting and tracking results
Responsible for delivery of a fully optimized acquisition strategy and ensuring our company acquisition goals are met
Interact with strategy and operations to ensure that company revenue and patient volume targets are integrated with campaign planning and strategy
Continue to innovate program through new technologies and channels
Collaborate with creative team to develop creative assets needed for campaign
Determine optimal spend levels for each channel in partnership with digital agency
Proven experience building and leading highly functioning teams
Adherence to industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.
Managing prospecting and retargeting Google, YouTube, and Facebook ad campaigns and interpreting data from Google Analytics and/or media platforms to refine strategies.
Utilize strong analytical skills to dissect campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization, including keyword optimization, to maximize ROI and drive to business goals
Manage all media agencies to maximize their effectiveness. Large and Boutique Agencies, Contractors as Needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expert knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Power Point required
Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and programmatic display campaigns
Google Marketing Platform certification strongly preferred
Strong background in data analysis required
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team members
Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to manage external agency partners
Ability to communicate and present information catered to different audiences within the company in a crisp and concise manner
Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, required, MBA preferred
10-15 years of digital marketing experience required (including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display), with an agency and/or multi-brand organization
Experience supporting multiple brands with hyperlocal campaigns preferred
Experience in dental or healthcare marketing preferred
