DIRECTOR OF MARKETING


Job Description


ISI Elite Training is one of the nation's fastest growing boutique fitness franchise brands in America. The ISI Marketing Team (Relentless Brands Inc.) is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the organization's marketing efforts. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and magnify the brand's "voice" to spread the mission through the nation. The Director of Marketing is an effective cross-functional leader and communicator among multiple stakeholders including Franchisee, internal department leaders, Facility Leaders, and members. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for people, fitness and the ability to employ unique marketing techniques. They will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to increase the company's market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive in a rapidly growing competitive industry.


Responsibilities


  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
  • Exercise leadership and provide strategic creative input with the Marketing Team and its key players including the Creative Director, Graphic Artist/Videographer/Photographer, and others to ensure effective communication, efficient operations and focus on delivering key business results
  • Authentically champion and communicate the brand and its franchisor program elements to drive franchisee engagement, participation and accountability.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
  • Initiate third party research, focus groups, member survey initiatives as well as conduct market analyses to ensure Relentless Brands is positioning for success in a competitive marketplace.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of Relentless Brands branded content for use across several guest-facing channels including the podcast, blog, email marketing, public relations, loyalty marketing, social media, text message marketing and other channels.
  • Support Franchise Development by project managing, relationship with agency partner, generating content for lead generation and more.

Experience


  • Proven experience as Marketing Director leading a creative team
  • Proven experience in paid social media
  • Proven experience in zapier, and automation
  • Proven experience in building landing pages, deploying YouTube ads, and creating automation via Zapier and AXEL (CRM) (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
  • BSC/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field

  • Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Facebook Business & Ads Manager (required)
  • Google My Business (required)
  • Directory Management (a plus)
  • Google Ads (required)
  • Google Analytics (required; certification preferred)
  • Customer Relationship Management platform (a plus)
  • WordPress (a plus)
  • Search Engine Optimization experience and understanding (a plus)
  • Reputation Management (a plus)
  • Point of Sale System experience (a plus)
