Job Details

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and performance marketing strategies. This individual will be a key member of our leadership team and will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both a creative brand storyteller and a data-savvy performance marketer, with a deep understanding of the sports nutrition industry and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives brand growth.
Lead and manage all marketing functions, including digital advertising, content, influencer/athlete partnerships, email/SMS, SEO, social media, PR, and affiliate marketing.
Oversee paid media strategy and execution, ensuring strong ROAS across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
Own the customer journey-from awareness to retention-leveraging tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics platforms to improve lifetime value.
Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to support product launches and campaigns.
Build and manage the marketing team, internal and external, including agencies and freelancers.
Define and monitor key KPIs; regularly report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the nutrition and wellness space.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in DTC marketing, preferably in CPG or sports nutrition.
Strong grasp of digital performance marketing and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Deep understanding of brand development, audience segmentation, and growth strategies.
Experience with influencer and athlete marketing is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and/or athletic performance is a big plus.
