Director of Marketing and Sales


Our central NJ client is growing its sales and marketing team. The Director is new and will be managing the inside sales department, a marketing coordinator and a brand manager. The company has multiple product lines but this one is for their professional supplement line. This person must be strategic yet tactical, must be able to roll things up to a high level, report to the President and take clear direction, work within the confines of the strategic sales and marketing plan and within a small to modest budget (under $1M) to drive this team.


Ideally, this person will open new doors for new relationships that will drive business. Must have experience within the supplement industry to provide real-world guidance as we are a revenue-focused, extremely fast-paced, laser focus regenerative nutrition company.


As for must have - Must have sales and marketing or product management experience, ideally have big CPG as well as entrepreneurial experience, Pharma is okay if OTC and small brands (under $5M) - No big pharma/Rx experience as that is not applicable. Also, if only retail supplement experience, it will be a challenge as the client is not in retail so the candidate must have healthcare professional experience. The target market is the professional healthcare provider.


Two weeks' vacation, five PTOs, eight national days off and profit sharing.
