Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to lead global brand strategy, integrated marketing initiatives, and corporate communications. This role will develop data-driven campaigns, enhance digital marketing operations, and manage crisis communications while collaborating cross-functionally across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global brand strategy and integrated marketing plans
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Oversee multi-channel communications: digital, print, social, and traditional media
- Lead innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8-12 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally in food distribution, retail, or logistics
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and multi-channel strategy
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
