We provide therapy, psychological testing, and psychiatric services to diverse communities through in-person and telehealth care. The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and relationship-focused marketing leader to join our executive team. As Director of Marketing and Business Development, you'll shape and execute initiatives that enhance our brand, expand referral networks, and support our continued growth.

Ideal candidates are creative thinkers with strong analytical skills who enjoy building meaningful connections and translating vision into measurable outcomes. If you're skilled at leading impactful campaigns and uncovering smart opportunities for outreach, we'd love to connect.

You'll champion the growth of our therapy, psychological testing, and medication management services-offered both in-person and via telehealth. Our specialties include pediatric and urgent behavioral health, first responder care, and affirming support for the LGBTQIA+ community.


What You'll Do


Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility, patient engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Lead digital and traditional campaigns across web, email, print, radio, and social.
  • Oversee website, SEO, branding, and UX improvements in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare systems, physician groups, and employers.
  • Attend conferences, events, and networking functions to promote our services and mission.
  • Strengthen existing referral pipelines and open new ones.

Team & Project Leadership

  • Manage two Marketing Assistants and oversee third-party marketing vendors.
  • Partner with HR on therapist recruitment campaigns.
  • Work with operations to reduce referral leakage and streamline client acquisition.

Data, Tools & Budgeting

  • Use Zoho CRM and analytics platforms to track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Report on KPIs and use insights to guide decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for ROI.

Public Relations

  • Seek media and PR opportunities to increase brand credibility.
  • Position the company as a trusted voice in the mental health space.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of marketing, sales, or business development experience (healthcare required).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and digital campaign tools.
  • Data-driven with a creative eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Based in the Baltimore-Washington metro area, with flexibility to travel regionally.
