Director of Marketing - Job Description
The Estate Lawyers - Southern California Full-Time Hybrid
About Us:
At The Estate Lawyers, we specialize in trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation. We don't do any estate planning -we litigate the plans that others create. Our firm of 10 Powerhouse attorneys works closely with estate planning attorneys, family law firms, business and transactional lawyers, real estate attorneys, and even realtors to handle disputes and title issues that arise from incapacity and death.
We are known for our bold tagline-"We protect trustees from getting sued and beneficiaries from getting screwed"-and for being sharp litigators with heart. We value relationships. We win. And we take pride in being trusted by some of the top professionals in Southern California.
But now, we're scaling-and we need you.
About the Role:
We are hiring a B2B Director of Marketing to take charge of our ever-expanding marketing machine to grow the client base and firm. You'll work directly with our CEO and partners to organize, elevate, and lead our marketing and business development strategy across multiple platforms and channels. You will develop brand awareness, build trust, and generate referral business from the legal community and other sources. You'll unify the moving pieces, amplify our brand, and generate powerful visibility among professional referral sources.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who knows how to lead, has a strategic brain, is technologically sophisticated, and thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced, entrepreneurial law firm environment. They will have experience successfully creating and modifying procedures to increase conversion rates.
