As a Senior Manager, AI/ML Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the team focused on cloud-native AI/ML infrastructure, supporting both GenAI and traditional AI/ML technologies and applications. This includes AI model productionalization (end-to-end AI/ML model lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, refresh, etc.), Data Lakehouse, and related technologies, systems, and tools. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with leaders and teams across Tech, Digital, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance, Line of Business (commercial, digital, and technology), Security, Central Architecture & PaaS, Global Tech Services, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to understand their AI/ML infrastructure needs and align development and productionalization accordingly. This role will pay between $185,000 per year to $255,000 per year. Please note that this role will not sponsor or provide relocation.


Skills Needed

  • This leader will work closely with team members from the Data, AI, and Risk Technology (DART) organization in a hands-on way, providing guidance and coaching.
  • The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in

building and scaling AI/ML infrastructure for both classical and generative AI/M use cases.

  • 10+ years of AI/ML infrastructure engineering experience, including scaling both classical and generative AI.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (one or more of AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), containerization (Kubernetes), and MLOps tools.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML model deployment, data lakehouse architectures, and data pipeline optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams and complex AI/ML projects.
  • Additionally, strong people leadership and communication skills will be essential for driving alignment across the organization and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
