The Bolton Group is partnering with a well-established and fast-growing homebuilder to look for a Director of Land Acquisition for their Albuquerque, NM location. This is a strong leadership opportunity for an experienced real estate professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee land acquisition, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Identify strategic land opportunities and build a lot inventory pipeline
- Negotiate land deals, manage contracts, and oversee entitlement processes
- Supervise and develop the Land Department team
- Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, city and county officials
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years in land acquisition or a related field
Salary: $120K - $160K + 40% bonus + great benefits
