Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of strategic sales experience, preferably with a perishable organization.
  • Proven success in strategic joint business planning sessions with major consumer packaged goods accounts.
  • Ability to influence both external and internal customers and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated skillful negotiation capability.
  • This is an in-office position when not actively working with strategic partner customers.
