A fast-growing pharmaceutical company specializing in customized FDA RX medications is hiring for a Inside Sales Director. The Sales Director will focus on building a high-performing inside sales team selling customized medications for the aesthetic to physician offices and implementing AI-powered sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth while aligning with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and implement the inside sales playbook targeting integrative practices and define KPIs, territories, and incentive plans.
- Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor high-performing inside sales representatives. Foster a coaching culture focused on metrics-driven performance and accountability.
- Revenue Growth: Guide team to exceed sales targets including identify upsell opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Create consultative selling practices and deliver a high-touch customer experience. Collaborate with marketing, pharmacy, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- AI Integration: Deploy AI-powered sales tools to enhance lead scoring, call sequencing, and customer segmentation. Drive technology adoption and data-driven selling practices across the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years sales leadership in aesthetics/pharmaceuticals
- Med spa/dermatology sales experience required
- Proven team building and AI implementation success
- Strong industry knowledge and leadership skills
