Our current growth trajectory and five-year plan requires strategic investment in people, plants, and equipment. As part of our organizational growth, we are seeking a Director of Inside sales for our Aurora division. The Director of Inside Sales will oversee a direct staff and be responsible for driving overall revenue growth for the Aurora, CO Division.


Director - Inside Sales (Aurora, CO Division)


Role Summary

Major focus areas and initiatives of the role will be:


Lead the business development engine driving top and bottom-line growth in Aurora division.

In tandem with marketing, contribute and shape SEO web traffic as well as social channels to stimulate in-bound digital traffic to scale quote activity.

Drive and shape systems to manage heavy quote volumes per day while increasing win rates.

Drive and scale outbound engagement programs to stimulate new revenue streams.

Develop and implement a plan to meaningfully grow assembly business.

Maximize reach to active customers to stimulate recurring revenue streams.

Direct engagement with key customers to build relationships and solve issues as they arise.

Develop and grow a talented inside sales team to deliver and surpass company growth initiatives.

Ensure proper internal or external training to scale salesmanship abilities.

Create on-board training and protocol plans to get new team members autonomous and successful.

Develop and deploy a clear internal strategy, well-defined KPIs and process to measure success.

Foster a team environment built around trust, open communication, and accountability.

Build successful working relationships with peer leaders in the plant and across the organization.

Develop solid working dynamics with local peers namely GM, design, and quote team/ supervisors.

Develop communication and working rapport with other inside sales division locations.

Improve process and communication for intra-company quoting as well as job transfers as necessary.


Reporting Structure

The Director of Inside Sales (Aurora Divion) will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.


Requirements

Business or Technical Degree

A minimum of 5 Years' Prior Sales Experience managing a team of direct reports.

Role will be based in the Aurora, CO plant.

Ability to occasionally travel among divisions to build relations and shape processes.

Goal Oriented, Self-Motivated and Disciplined Work Ethic.

Ability to Effectively Communicate (Written & Verbal) With Customers and Internal Personnel.

Networking and business acumen to develop relationships with sales peers internally and externally.

Excellent Organizational Skills to Effectively Multi-Task / Oversee the Various Tasks of the Role.

Microsoft Office knowledge
