LHH is seeking a Director of Information Systems to join our client's team in a full-time, hybrid role, based in San Francisco, CA.


The Director of Information Systems plays a crucial role within our client's team, reporting to the Head of IT. This role involves providing expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and other asset/lease management tools. The Director collaborates with various teams to configure and maintain these systems, ensuring they meet the client's needs. Through analysis and problem-solving, the Director ensures data integrity and efficiency while staying updated on industry best practices. By delivering timely insights, the Director supports the success and growth of the client's team, committed to excellence in financial and operational system management.


Qualifications


  • 5+ year of Workday experience (working with Workday Modules)
  • 5+ years of customizing or configuring Workday Financials over to align with business requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning
  • 5+ years of managing integrations between Workday Financials and other enterprise applications like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • 5+ years of aligning different stakeholder groups toward a common goal in a financial system implementation
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Capital Markets, Commercial, etc.) to understand their business needs and translate them into system solutions
  • 5+ years of ERP experience

  • Provide expertise on Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and asset/lease management tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Configure and customize financial systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize key systems.
  • Develop documentation and oversee system integration efforts.
  • Lead training sessions and manage external development teams.
