Ponte Firm is an industry-leading boutique talent management firm headquartered in Austin, TX. We specialize in managing social-focused talent, connecting their audiences with top brands to create impactful content and drive sales. With a roster of over 100 talent spanning 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm excels at multi-platform storytelling.
This role is based in Austin, TX. We operate on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote. In-office Tuesday through Thursday with additional half-day offs Fridays throughout the year.
The Role
We're seeking a dynamic leader to lead revenue growth, talent strategy, and client success at Ponte Firm. This role blends sales leadership, operational excellence, and team culture-building to drive impact across the business.
Revenue Leadership & Growth Strategy
- Own company-wide revenue goals in partnership with the CEO
- Set sales targets and lead the team to consistently exceed goals
- Oversee bonus structures and performance incentives
- Build and scale a full-cycle sales function, including outreach, pitching, negotiations, and closing
- Drive pipeline growth through inbound optimization and outbound campaigns
- Manage a personal portfolio of top-tier talent and brand partnerships
Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team aligned with company values
- Create a culture of accountability with clear metrics tied to compensation and advancement
- Provide coaching and structure to team while fostering creativity
- Partner with Talent Management and the Managing Director to strengthen cross-team collaboration
Client Success & Market Strategy
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and retention across talent and brand partners
- Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance client experience and upsell opportunities
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves, translating insights into strategy
- Work closely with the CEO to systematize commercial instincts and turn them into scalable playbooks
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of influencer marketing, agency sales and/or talent management
- Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience
- Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects
