DIRECTOR of HUMAN RESOURCES for a highly successful, growth oriented (organic/acquisitive), privately-held, regional/national, multi-site (and state) mid-sized+ company headquartered in the Omaha metro area that offers a unique and highly thought of/recognized team-oriented and entrepreneurial culture/work environment. Our client is seeking a dynamic, servant-oriented and career/growth-oriented leader to lead/manage (and optimize) several areas/aspects of their HR function (e.g. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, etc.) (Note the position will also be heavily involved in branding and have responsibility for and be involved in a number and variety of broader-based Human Resources initiatives/projects.)
