Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and a patient-centered culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state (especially California), and healthcare-specific regulations.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational planning, employee development, and performance management.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and continuous improvement.
  • Manage benefits, compensation programs, and HR policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and healthcare compliance.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, change management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
