Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Align HR initiatives with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development to support manufacturing operations.
Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with executives to drive strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
Oversee Compensation and Workforce Planning: Design competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce planning strategies to attract and retain top manufacturing talent.
Enhance Employee Relations and Compliance: Foster a positive workplace by managing employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance, and implementing policies that support engagement and retention.
