Director of HR Administration

Position Summary Plan and coordinate staff and programs to support total rewards strategy. As part of HR leadership team, provide direction for staff in meeting department goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a total reward strategy for Asante Health System.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and assignments to ensure effective return on investment and achievement of customer service and quality standards as measured by customer feedback, financial impact, assessment by self and manager.
  • Assist in development, prioritization and achievement of short and long range goals. Measured by peer feedback
Position Qualifications Experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR management capacity or the equivalent in education and experience.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field is required.
Preferred Certification/Licensure
  • CEBS: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
  • PHR: Professional in Human Resources.
  • SPHR: Senior Professional Human Resources.
  • CCP: Certified Compensation Professional.
