Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Housekeeping located in New York City. The Director of Housekeeping will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction through clean and well-maintained rooms, providing exceptional guest service, and overseeing budgeting for housekeeping operations.

- Previous Director of Housekeeping experience in New York City union hotels
- Supervisory Skills and Budgeting experience
- Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
