Job Overview:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and salary ranging from $98,000 - $120,000 annually. Salary determinations will be based on similar experience

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Health Services (Registered Nurse) to lead our nursing team at our Senior Living Community in Edina, MN. As the DHS, you will be responsible for the overall management and 24/7 oversight of nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest standards of care and service excellence.

Nursing Leadership schedule includes;

Full-time; 80 hours per two-week pay period
Day shifts
Weekend rotation

RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000

What you will do as a Director of Health Services RN

Oversee Resident Centered Care
Ensure Clinical Compliance
Manage Nursing Department Budget
Provide Leadership and General Oversight of The Nursing Department
Lead and/or Perform Coordination of Resident Care
Support a Marketing Plan Aimed at Full Occupancy

Required Qualifications:

Current MN RN license or by start date
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
1-3 years experience
Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years experience
Qualifications:

$47.47-$62.67 / Hourly
