Hiring: Director of Franchise Operations

Pay: $150,000/year + Annual Bonus

Location: Farmers Branch, TX


POSITION OVERVIEW


Director of Franchise Operations works with Franchise Business Consultants (FBC) to engage and provide advice, guidance and support to the franchise community. Collaborates cross-functionally to provide Operations perspective and ensure organizational alignment in both message and action. Drives day-to-day store operational excellence and supports Innovation to ensure operational feasibility of innovation projects / products / processes. Models and cultivates Yogurtland values and principles.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Works with FBCs to create and organize annual strategic business plans for each franchisee based on operational and financial goals.
  • Provides quarterly updates and reports on all stores to Executive Team at Yogurtland Franchising.
  • Prepares and delivers weekly communication and updates to entire Operations team.
  • Maintains and keeps updated documentation and reports of franchisee interaction, utilizing the CRM system.
  • Proactively addresses and provides assistance to problems and concerns from the franchisee community.
  • Schedules bi-annual tours with Area Ops Manager (AOM) to visit Yogurtland store locations.
  • Routinely provides operational business coaching and ideas for team building within the FBC group.
  • Recommends and formulates system-wide or regional marketing ideas and programs.
  • Ensures Yogurtland franchisee stores are abreast of regulatory changes and updates.
  • Oversees the systematic process of handling and disciplining violations and technicalities occurring within the franchise community.
  • Supports the Enterprise and other Function Leaders by providing Operations' perspective and guidance.
  • Ensures franchisees uphold terms of their Franchise Agreement, reporting any deviation and proactively seeking firm resolution with upper management and correlating departments.
  • Initial contact for addressing any concerns from the franchise community.
  • Compiles and analyzes Compliance Reports to manage, create, and improve system-wide procedures and tasks.

REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or eight years of leadership experience.
  • Experience of working with franchisees
  • Deep knowledge of franchising
  • Operational knowledge of health regulations and requirements within the QSR industry.
  • Operational knowledge of human resources preferred.
  • ServSafe or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Spanish an advantage but not required
  • Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
