This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strategic yet tactful operator with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and service-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations and overall performance of the group's restaurants, catering business, private club, and hotel.
- Implement and refine operational systems, service standards, and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and profitability across all entities.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to ownership and senior leadership in business development, operational planning, and brand positioning.
- Mentor and develop property-level leadership teams, promoting a high-performance culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, with a strong emphasis on maximizing efficiencies and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business across all segments, including private events and catering.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, labor laws, licensing, and health and safety standards.
- Champion a positive, entrepreneurial culture that balances tradition with innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive, multi-unit operational leadership experience within hospitality, including restaurants, private clubs, and hotels.
- Proven success managing diverse hospitality operations with a hands-on, tactical leadership style.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead tactfully and foster strong team dynamics.

- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration or a related field is preferred.
