What you'll do as our Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Dive into the complex modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and financial success.
- Take ownership of the full P&L, including strategic planning, and present to the Board of Directors.
- The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will work closely with all business unit leaders to provide insightful financial reports and analysis on a monthly basis
- Supervise 3 direct reports and oversee a total finance team of 5 to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strategic execution.
- Be a key decision-maker in the finance function, contributing to overall company growth.
Here's what we're seeking in a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prefer 3+ leadership and management experience
- Strong Excel or ERP & system experience
