They are looking for a Director of Financial Analysis that will play a crucial role in their mission by assisting with their $300 million budget. Responsibilities for the Director of Financial Analysis:
-Internal and External reporting responsibilities including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, variance analysis
-Manage lease accounting, grant accounting, and contribution revenue, ensuring accuracy during month-end and year-end closings.
-Review and monitor all funding sources along with operating / non-operating expenditures
-Assist with budget preparation, audit schedules, and analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts.
Qualifications for the Director of Financial Analysis:
- 5+ years experience with FP&A in either nonprofit or for-profit environment
-Expert in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and payroll systems; experience with Great Plains preferred.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
