About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee all aspects of accounting and compliance. As Director of Finance, you will manage the day-to-day accounting, maintain grant and contract budgets, and coordinate payroll and benefits administration. This role works collaboratively with the leadership team and funders to ensure strict adherence to GAAP standards and federal grant requirements , keeping the organization fiscally sound and sustainable.
What Our Client is Looking For: The ideal candidate has 5+ years of nonprofit financial reporting, along with a strong knowledge of GAAP, and QuickBooks online. Management of federal grant compliance and reporting (SAM.gov, Grants.gov) experience is a must. This organization values a proactive problem-solver who can analyze budgets, communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders, and ensure compliance at every step.
