Director of Finance - Non Profit
Our client, a continued growth based non-profit, is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join their team.

About the Director of Finance Role
- Full oversight of all accounting functions including supervising the team.
- The Director of Finance will be heavy into the planning and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Interdisciplinary work into capital projects.
- Cash flow management
- Special projects (such as working with banking partners)
- Oversight of the revenue cycle management and payor contract management.
- Assist with annual budget
- Analysis, reporting, tax filings and working with external audit at year end.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Director of Finance
- BS Accounting, CPA is a plus.
- Experienced leader within a healthcare environment with prior exposure to revenue cycle
