Our client, a deeply rooted Greater Hartford non profit group, is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join their team.

Primary tasks of the Director of Finance
- Full oversight of the Accounting/Finance functions
- Develop financial statements, P&Ls, variance analysis.
- Develop controls and ensure compliance.
- Point of contact for all external audit activities.
- Focus on process improvements.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred qualifications of the Director of Finance
- BS Accounting
- Non-profit experience or displaying true interest in the non-profit industry.
- Leadership experience.
