Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee financial strategy, reporting, and internal controls for the hotel
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, licenses, and contracts
• Provide financial guidance to hotel leadership, optimizing profitability
• Supervise accounting staff, fostering growth and development
• Analyze revenue and expenses, offering improvement strategies
• Conduct financial audits and enforce internal controls
• Prepare financial statements and reports in line with company standards
• Coordinate capital planning and return-on-investment analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely deposits, reconciliations, and payroll processing

You should have most of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of hotel accounting experience in a senior role
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with cash flow management and capital planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and IT-related finance tools
