Position Summary: We are looking for an entrepreneurial Director of Enterprise Partnerships to lead our sales strategy for mid-market businesses ($50M-$500M revenue) in sectors like e-commerce, fashion, retail, consumer health, and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will set up and manage inside sales operations, drive revenue through strategic partnerships, and be pivotal in scaling our startup.

Please note: This position can be based in either San Francisco or New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Segmentation: Identify and target key mid-market segments using market trend analysis.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy to position Silverside.AI as a leader.
  • Sales Operations: Establish efficient sales processes, manage external resources, and ensure scalability.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client acquisition, proposal development, and partnership negotiations to foster long-term relationships.
  • Performance Management: Set sales objectives, monitor performance, and report insights to the CEO.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop sales teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations for client integration and strategic alignment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in sales/business development within tech or marketing services.
  • Proven success in mid-market sales, AI technology knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales operations management.
  • Proficient with Sales CRM tools and growing relationships with Brands.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

  • We offer attractive performance-based incentives tied to sales achievements, offering significant earning potential up to 150% of base compensation.
  • The base salary range for this role at the time of posting is $75,000 to $90,000. The salary an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors such as but not limited to: internal compensation of current employees in similar roles, market considerations, budgetary considerations, level of responsibility, background, experience, and qualifications.
