JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Enrollment for the PGS enrollment team will provide supervision for PGS Enrollment Counselors (EC). The position load is 50% supervisory and 50% as an Enrollment Counselor. This position may be on-campus, remote, or hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Director of Enrollment Essential Functions:
- Hire, mentor, lead and cultivate a flourishing EC team.
- Partner with PGS Program Directors to accurately and effectively communicate academic programs to prospective students, including facilitating Information Sessions and Open Houses.
- Monitor EC time-off requests and leave.
- Conduct monthly EC team and individual meetings to provide appropriate resourcing and accountability.
- Maintain enrollment reports and documents.
- Create and build strategy in collaboration with Operations and Marketing to set targets and reach goals for enrollment.
- Generate and report calculations on EC conversion rates.
- Hold annual performance reviews.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of communication plans and templates.
- Attend PGS leadership and director meetings.
- Monitor enrollment from a budgetary standpoint and partner with the Director of Operations in collaboration with the VP of Academic Affairs, and the Chief Academic Officer to set targets and achieve budgeted revenue projections.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled EC team meetings with Program Directors
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, PGS.
Enrollment Counselor Essential Functions:
- Apply proven recruiting methods to help students connect with SNU. This includes prompt follow-up with prospective students using telephone (call/text) and email.
- Enter and maintain information in Recruit (CRM) according to Lead Policy.
- Meet enrollment goals and objectives set by SNU administrative leadership.
- Collaborate with PGS Operations to track and update progress in the system.
- Articulate transcript reviews.
- Work with PGS departments to assist the prospective student through the enrollment process.
- Maintain University policies and processes and U.S. Department of Education guidelines.

- Masters Degree in Leadership, Higher Education, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in adult Christian higher education
- Experience with Ellucian CRM, Hubspot, SLATE CRM
Supervision Received:
Receives supervision and work assignments from VP of Academic Affairs
Supervision Exercised:
Responsible for the oversight and coordination of work responsibilities of Enrollment Counselors.
